need to be aware of what to do about it. Make sure that you are
keeping yourself in good health by eating right and doing the
right exercises. You should also make sure that you are
talking to your doctor and using the right prescription
medication so that you are not adding more problems to your
health with the panic disorders that you are dealing
with.
